Sound Bath Travel Request Form

Please use this form to request that I perform a sound bath at your location during my travels. If you are able to help me book paid guests, and find a reasonable location, for multiple events, then I am happy to make a special trip out to you. I can bring my bowls anywhere that I can drive to, so unfortunately Hawaii and overseas are not currently an option.

Hosts won’t pay to attend the sound bath as a thank you for assisting me with lining up guests and location. Prices for your guests will be discussed before anything is finalized.

My travels this year will take me all over the US and possibly Canada, so definitely let me know when you would like me in your area and we’ll see what we can work out!

What are the city and state of the location that you would like to host a sound bath?
What dates would you like to hold your sound bath? Dates will be confirmed to be sure that all baths are scheduled appropriately based on my travel dates and what other locations are being requested during the trip. Please feel free to list other dates as options OR if you think you could help me get people and locations for more than one event, list that as well.
What type of sound bath would you like?
We can set different intentions for each sound bath.
Choose which services you would be interested in including for your guests.
I can add additional services in addition to the sound bath, if you choose. There will be additional costs to your guests for these services, but as the host, all chosen services are included for you. All guest fees must be paid in advance. Astrology and Numerology Charts/Reports require guest information ahead of time to prepare them to be brought to the event.
